2. Understanding your Form A
On the O-Level results release day, you will receive an email in the afternoon about your JAE eligibility if you have taken the 2025 O-Level examinations.
If you are eligible, the email will include Form A (sample), which has these sections:
Subjects and grades used to calculate your aggregate scores
This section shows your:
- O-Level subjects and the grades used to calculate your aggregate scores
- CCA grade

Aggregate scores for JC, MI, polytechnic and ITE
These are your gross aggregate scores for the respective aggregate types, excluding bonus points:

- Polytechnic Diploma (ELR2B2-A/B/C/D)

Eligible courses
These are courses for which you meet their minimum entry requirements. However, meeting these requirements does not guarantee you a course place. Posting to a course will depend on:
- Your net aggregate score (including bonus points)
- Your choice of courses
- Available vacancies
- Number of applicants and their scores
JC and MI courses
If you meet the admission criteria for JC and MI, your Form A will state that you are eligible to apply for all JC and MI courses as follows:

Polytechnic courses
This section lists polytechnic courses for which you meet the minimum entry requirements. Course codes start with C, N, R, S or T (representing different polytechnics), followed by two numbers:

ITE courses
This section lists ITE courses for which you meet the minimum entry requirements. Course codes start with V, followed by two numbers:
